Contributions or gifts to #WalkAway Campaign PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections. Contributions from foreign nationals or entities, national banks, and federal government contractors are prohibited.

 

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

 

By making this contribution, you affirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

This contribution is made from your personal funds and will not be reimbursed by another person or entity, unless you designate an entity name in the field provided, and, if an entity name is provided, you certify such contribution is authorized by the U.S. incorporated entity, the funds are derived from U.S. revenues, and no foreign national has participated in the decision to make this contribution. 

 

If this contribution is made via credit card, it is being made with a card for which the contributor has a legal obligation to pay and will not be made on the card of another;

This contribution is made by a U.S. citizen, lawfully admitted permanent U.S. resident (Green Card holder), corporation, labor organization, or political committee and not a foreign national or entity, federal government contractor, or national bank.
